Meet owner and baker: Jessica Waggoner
Former corporate manager, now small business owner & trained pastry artist and baker. Helping those I love, sharing delicious treats, and making someone's day is what ignites my spirit to want to continue to create the best baked goods. 2019 was the year that I knew my passion needed to become my purpose and began down this journey. The Hazelnut Baking Company is a love letter to myself, my daughter Hazel, and all those who inspire me daily.The Baking Company:
The Hazelnut Baking Co., is a micro bakery based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, operating under Indiana's cottage food law. This means you can purchase delicious artisan bread, cookies, and pastries directly from me, your neighbor. Every order is delicately hand crafted from my home to yours, made with quality, and locally sourced ingredients(when able) and deep flavors. To order, you can order directly from the site, at some of the various in person markets in the summer and fall, and through, Market Wagon, a 100% local online farmer’s market delivered to your door.
